How we handle personal data · Pagr, United Kingdom

Pagr builds and hosts websites and ad creative for UK service businesses. This page explains what personal data we hold, why we hold it, and how to have it removed. If anything here isn't clear, email james@pagr.co.uk and we'll answer.

Callback requests

If you leave your phone number on one of our pages, we store that number, the name you optionally give us, and the time and page it came from. We use it for one thing: to call you back to talk about your website. We don't add it to a marketing list, we don't sell or share it, and we don't pass it to advertising platforms.

If you'd rather we didn't call, or you want the number deleted, tell us on the call or email james@pagr.co.uk — we'll delete it.

Business contact details we collect ourselves

To offer our service, we research publicly listed UK businesses and hold business contact details — company name, website, public business email and phone, public reviews and ratings — so we can prepare a relevant example and get in touch. This is business-to-business contact, and every email we send includes a way to opt out. Opting out removes you from all future contact.

Clients

For businesses that become clients, we hold the details needed to deliver and support the work — contact details, the content and images you send us, and billing records. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we don't store card details.

Your choices

Email james@pagr.co.uk for any of these and we'll action it. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

Our marketing pages don't set advertising or tracking cookies.
